Music success at HPS

We were delighted to hear that a number of our children had been successful in a recent art competitions.

Well done to P4 pupils, Grace  and Oskar  who were commended for their drawings in the North Down Model Railway Society competition which had almost 1,800 entries.

Ruby hip hops to the top!

Well done to Ruby(P4) who had a busy day in Dublin at a dance competition. As you can see she did a great performance, coming 1st in her  beginners section.A great result, best wishes for the next one!  

Going for gold!

Erin won a gold medal with her Rathgael Gymnastics Cheer Squad at the Northern Ireland Cheer Championships. CONGRATULATIONS ERIN, a great achievement!

‘Egg’cellent creativity from P4

Congratulations to our competition winners! Well done to Erin who came first and runners up Daisy, Ruby and Tamara. We really liked your Easter eggs. We hope you enjoyed your real ones too! 

HPS Irish dancers, dance their way to the top!

WELL DONE Eva & Georgia. Both girls have been very busy in recent weeks practising for various competitons. Most recently they performed at Portadown Dance Festival.

Eva (P4) came first in two classes, one in heavy jig and the other in two hand.

Georgia (P3) came first in her heavy jig class.

CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS, you should be very proud of yourselves.

We were delighted to hear that Smokey recently obtained a distinction in his Grade 5 piano exam! Congratulations Smokey, what a great achievement! You should be very proud of your achievement!

Tennis triumph for Erin

We were delighted to hear that Erin has had success on the tennis court!
Erin won the Ulster Tennis green ball tournament at Downshire.
